Chienn Tai (she/they)
Chienn Tai ( @desigh.llc) is a Taiwanese composer, pianist, and multimedia artist based in New York. Classically trained in piano and dance, her work moves between film scoring, orchestral ambient production, and live scoring with electroacoustic elements. Her work has been presented at Ars Electronica Festival (Austria), Paseo Project Festival (NM), and SVA Theatre premiere (NY), with performances at Carnegie Hall (NY) and National Concert Hall (Taiwan). She holds an MPS from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and is the co-Founder and Creative Director of Desigh Studio, a music studio for scoring and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
